30-Day Money Back Guarantee

 

You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to return it — opened or unopened. Skincare is something you have to actually use to know if it works for you, so we're not going to ask you to send back a sealed jar.

If it's not for you, we'll refund you. No explanation needed.

 

How to start a return

 

Email us at support@sriffproject.com with your order number. We'll send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on where to send it.

Please request an RMA before sending anything back — packages that arrive without one can't be processed.

Check your order when it arrives. If something's damaged, defective or not what you ordered, email us straight away and we'll sort it out — replacement or refund, whichever you prefer.

 

What we can't take back

 

Gift cards.

Refunds

 

Once we've received your return, we'll email you to confirm. The refund goes back to your original payment method within ten business days.

Depending on your bank, it can take a few days longer to show up on your statement. If it's been more than 15 business days since we confirmed your refund, email us.
