Cancellation policy
Some items in our store may be offered to you as a Subscription, a Pre-order, or a Try Before You Buy purchase. This policy outlines how you can modify or cancel these types of purchases.
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription, you will receive recurring deliveries based on the subscription term and frequency that you select.
Your payment details are stored securely and an amount will be charged with each delivery, unless you choose to pay everything in full upfront.
Some subscriptions automatically renew at the end of the term. If you do not wish to renew a subscription, you can cancel it.
If you wish to cancel or modify your subscription, you can do so at any time. Your order confirmation emails contain links to your orders, where you can manage your subscription details.

Pre-Orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are paying for a product that is out of stock or will soon be available but is not yet in our inventory. We may not collect payment or only collect a partial payment at checkout, securely store your payment method, and collect the full or remaining amount at a later date.
You may cancel a partially paid pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled. Once the order has been fulfilled, you may not cancel the order, but you may request a (partial) refund. Please refer to our Return Policy for more information on returns and refunds.
Try Before You Buy
When you purchase an item to try before you buy, we will authorize your payment method before fulfilling the order. You will be given a specific trial period to decide whether you wish to keep the item. If that period expires and you have not returned the item, we will charge the full amount via your authorized payment method.
